Overall responsible for purchasing requisitions, quotation inquiries, issuance of purchase orders and invoicing.
Responsible for helping in all issues regarding purchasing activities, i.e.: requests for quotations, negotiation, and purchase order activities related to purchasing.
Evaluate the quotation provided by the supplier.
Source for a new supplier when necessary or requested.
Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with suppliers on-time delivery.
Planned, prepared, and process purchase orders according to order requirements and to avoid supply interruption.
Coordinate with all related departments to achieve the plan target and schedule.
Manage, monitor, and maintain stock inventory levels, and work with the material planning team to ensure sufficient stock inventory level.
Practice a proper filing system and ensure documents are in a good record.
Matching invoice with DO & PO for certain cases.
Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
