JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Oversee and implement sales & marketing strategies of business unit with the objectives of achieving sales target and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to continuously position the business unit as the market leader.
Working closely with the marketing agents in order to meet the sales target.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve new business growth and deliver maximum profitability by identifying new business opportunities.
Analyze, prepare, present, and review the product marketing plan.
Plan and lead new product launches, develop strategies and campaigns which included deliver product briefings, monitor and review post launch data to ensure the product meets the overall sales and marketing plan.
Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by developing and monitoring programs for customer acquisition and retention, with the objective of creating customer loyalty and branding.
Support and facilitate the development of annual preparation and monthly review of sales forecasts and allocation of promotional budgets.
Responsible for the development and training of staffs for excellent customer services and sales performance.
Always achieve assigned sales target and KPIs.
Interact with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing of property.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Property Development or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably min 3 years’ experience in Senior Management role from the same industry.
Well-groomed with good communication & interpersonal skills.
Skill of leadership, decision making & problem solving are required
