Job Responsibilities

Responsible to establish sales and marketing plan, budget, securing sufficient resources (internal and external) and monitoring the effectiveness of the marketing team. Ensure reach the company objective & hit the sales target.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with agents, bankers, lawyers etc to make sure smooth sales procedure.
Mentor sales team members.
Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launching, project and show house launches.
Participate in roadshows and exhibition events.
Source for new prospects and follow up with existing potential prospect to ensure sales target is achieved.
Provide excellent sales and customer services to customers and purchasers.
Provide assistance in loan application and execution of the Sales and Purchase agreement with solicitors.

Job Requirements

Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management/Administrative or related.
At least 5-8 years of working experience in related property or real estate exposure.
Possess good leadership skills with min 2-3 years managerial exposure.
Good customer service and communication skills, result oriented and dynamic.
Mature, independent and excellent personality.
Computer literate.
