Responsibilities

You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting our Asia UC products and services.
Working closely with UC teammates for their worldwide office locations and internal teams such as IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Networking.
You will be involved in expansion projects, meeting room management, live event support and any audio tools that employees use to communicate daily for work.
Able to multitask, monitor alarms generated by voice and video systems and juggling operations-related tasks.
Assist users and other technology groups to develop processes and standards and improve documentation across firms global UC infrastructure.
Collaborate with different teams and passionate about staying updated on the latest UC technology to help company improve developments across offices and supporting employees within the firm.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with upgrading and maintaining Cisco UC products, Cisco Jabber and Cisco desk phones - Experience supporting Crestron control systems in auditorium and multi-purpose spaces, digital signage technologies and Cisco video conferencing solutions
Provide excellent support during ‘live events’ using collaboration tools like Zoom, Webex and other conferencing solutions
Collaborate with support partners to solve problems and manage expectations by collecting and interpreting log files.
Execute tasks with good quality insurance and risk controls
Understands of basic networking and telephony technologies with experience in using Cisco APIs related to UC products is a plus
Skilled in programming or scripting is a plus (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
Fluent English required; ability to speak other Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin) is a plus.
