Job Responsibilities:

Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan
Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department’s standard operating procedures
Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives
Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
Manage and review suppliers’ performance based on quality, delivery
Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract
Stock check with relevant departments when necessary
Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above;
Solid work experience in the relevant field is required for the said opportunity. Familiarity in foreign trade, imports and exports would be a strong advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;
Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to make commercial tenders and contracts;
Be able to control procurement costs, and constantly seek methods and measures to reduce costs;
Work conscientiously and have a sense of responsibility.
Proficient in CHI is a must, due to the needs to liaise with suppliers and/or vendors in China at all times.
