To prepare, review & maintain the Project Quality Plan throughout the project’s duration

To maintain accurate Quality Assurance and Quality Control records / reports/ documents.

To liaise with consultants on inspections, preloading, handover.

To prepare paperwork's, reports for inspection request

To prepare and perform drawings submission

To liaise with Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant

To ensure that all material delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications by Consultant.

To attend QAQC test for construction projects and prepare reports.

To perform daily QAQC tasks.

To monitor and ensure that non-conformances and complaint are timely close.

Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawing is prepared prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion.

Job Requirement

Candidates must have at least a degree in the fields related to oil and gas and civil engineering.
At least 3-5 years of experience, especially in pipelines.
Proficient in computers, especially AutoCAD.
Candidates with experience in architectural design will be considered an advantage.
Ability to liaise with consultants and clients to optimize design and constructability.
Able to develop construction plans.
Able to coordinate with various subcontractors.
