Responsibilities

Providing office administration support
Providing exceptional customer service
Providing support to property managers
Assisting with generating business opportunities
Upholding exceptional professional standards
Working with a database
Customer call backs
Data entry
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Process lease applications
Schedule property inspections
Liaise with tenants and owners on various property management matters

Qualifications

SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are welcomed to apply
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Proficient in Google Workspace
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
