As the Operations Compliance and Audit Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire process from line to auction process is 100% compliant and that there are zero wrongful sales. You will meticulously check the work performed by yourself and your teammates. You will be responsible for ensuring all digital notifications and letters are sent out and located within our software on time and accurately. Regular functions include document management and auditing for each of the lines in the software. Each of our clients has their own auction schedule, and ability to stay organized and juggle multiple schedules is key. You will be working closely with Operations Compliance and Audit Manager to ensure open lines of communication about any potential roadblocks as well as successes happens frequently, proactively, and routinely. This role requires the ability to adhere to immovable deadlines and expert project management skills so if you are someone that has never missed a due date and tackle assignments as soon as they're created, this role may be for you.
