Technical Support Engineer

1. Inspect smartphone for deficiencies.

2. Troubleshoot smartphone hardware and software.

3. Repair and replace phone comp.

4. Doing log report for smartphone that have software problems and send to feedback group.

5. Write down all part have been used for repair customer smartphone that day.

6. Order stock that is insufficient and had been used for repairing smartphone.

7. Normal check stock that insufficient and order it 2 times weekly.

8. Fully check stock and send the real exact quantity in Service Centre to warehouse.

9. Print all fault sticker and stick on the faulty IW and OOW parts.

10. Return faulty IW and OOW parts to warehouse.

11. Report the situation in the store to HQ and discuss corresponding countermeasures.

12. Receive complaints and resolve problems.

13. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

14. Send weekly report to HQ, Export report and calculate the income and bank in to the company.

15. Monthly stock count, preparing sluggish part, order spare part, send back IW & OOW used parts.

16. Discuss the problems encountered with colleagues and solve the problems together.

17. Maintain service performance, discuss, and improve service centre KPI.

18. Handle emergencies, example customer complain, stock missing, employee accident.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

2. Candidates must be knowledgeable in Smartphone repair and testing.

3. Minimum 1-year technical experience.

4. Strong attention to detail and able to deliver within assigned deadlines.

5. Possess positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn.

6. Work well in a team environment and be a collaborative team player.

7. Advantageous to be knowledgeable in smartphone hardware, software repair and testing.

8. Mandarin speakers are preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
