Vendor code creation and upload photo.
Responsible for sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, and delivery of products.
Responsible for cost comparison, negotiation, credit terms, cost saving, and vendor evaluation activities.
To issue purchase order to local & oversea supplier.
To issue all relevant documents for purchasing & inventory transaction (eg, ITN, GRN, Damage Note, etc).
Product Price List update (if any).
Send new arrival list to sales team.
Follow-up delivery with purchase order from supplier.
Data entries of all relevant goods for stock inventory and trace ability purpose.
Check stock records and quantity order and latest pricing.
