Job Description:

Conduct visits and audits of retail outlets to assess product availability, program execution, product merchandising, and distributor execution.
Joint sales calls and collaborate with distributor sales teams.
Monitor sales and distribution of distributor and perform order prompting for distributor.
Monitor distributor performance to ensure distributor KPI is met.
Perform review with distributor on sales performance.
Provide rolling forecasts for retail packs.
Ensure distributors adhere to distribution and merchandising standards which includes product availability, product visibility, stock weight and no OOS.
Review the execution of merchandising standards with distributors.
Plan and execute trade programs with approval of superior.
Plan and execute sampling activations and roadshows as per the approval of superior.
Monitor claims submission and ensure they are submitted on time.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs quarterly.
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
Generate and submit monthly distributor performance reports.
Compile and submit monthly sampling activation reports.
Produce quarterly market intelligence reports.
Build relationships with retail buyers by accompanying distributors on meetings.
Perform any other assigned duties as required from time to time.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Marketing/Business or equivalents with 2 years related experience.
Satisfactory working experience in FMCG Retail Sales within Modern Trade.
Possess merchandising skills.
Good product knowledge.
Proficiency in using computer application – MS Office.
Good communication and leadership skill.
Ability to interact well and establish good relationship at all levels.
