You will be on our “Trainee Programme”. Typically, you will spend from first day to 6 months learning and practical.

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Programme, you will proceed to the next step and be assigned more management responsibilities.

Executive in (Sales / Sales Administration / Warehouse)
Direct Sales Executive (Spare Part)
Finance Manager
HR Executive

You will have the opportunity to:

Experience and complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities with a guided schedule and learning modules.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members on day-to-day operations and tasks.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Top Management.
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
