Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Riders/Drivers for parcel and package delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parcels and packages to our customers' locations.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver parcels and packages to customers' addresses using designated routes
Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures when required
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a motorbike, scooter, or vehicle
Handle parcels and packages with care to prevent damage during transit
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management team regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
Proficient in operating a motorbike, scooter, or vehicle
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
