Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop a comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the The Top business objectives.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
Implement creative approaches to attract and retain clients, including promotions, packages, and events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase The Top facilities and services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Revenue Generation:

Set and achieve sales targets for individual team members and the sales department as a whole.
Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services and amenities to maximize revenue.

Event and Group Sales:

Collaborate with F&B and event teams to sell and organize conferences, meetings, weddings, and other events.
Coordinate with clients to ensure their event requirements are met, from planning to execution.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven sales leader who is able to bring out the best in their teams and achieve targets.
Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a theme park setting.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, services, and customer expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique sales strategies.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining The Top's reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
