Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
To handle sales enquiry, prepare Quotation, process sales orders and other documentation works.
Provide professional advice on space planning, knowledge, material specifications and maintain good relationship with customers.
To conduct Site Visitation, Site Measurement and Problem Solving.
To handle and carry out tasks delegated by Superior / Management.
Responsible in sales performance closing sales and meeting sales target
Work closely with vendors to ensure seamless coordination, leading to customer satisfaction and a positive brand reputation.

Requirements:

- A Level, Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in related field or in a similar role.

- Possesses and experience in about logistics, events, constructions & Mice

- Self-driven, adaptive and Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.

- Possess class 3 license and own vehicle.

- Dedication to providing great customer service.
