Service existing customer accounts, obtain orders and prepare catalogue, quotation, sales order, invoice, packing lists, delivery order and related shipping documents.
Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database system.
Verify product’s pricing and update new pricing for customer upon request.
Work closely with and maintain an excellent business relationship with current and new customer to achieve the sales turnover and target profit margin.
Follow up closely on sales enquiries and coordinate with Production Department and coordinate with customer.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customer. Update customer on the ETA (estimated time of arrival). In the event not able to fulfill customer requirement on the order or delivery date, contact customer immediately to provide alternative solution.
Assist in implementation of sales strategy and promotion set by the company.
Follow up payments from customers based on credit term applied at a timely manner.
Prepare sales report and other related report.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
