Responsibilities :

Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Monitoring outlet weekly & monthly sales achievement
Prepare outlet weekly and monthly report
Conduct event for boosting sales

Requirements :

Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.
Good working knowledge in Operation and Management
Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
