Candidate must at least have a Diploma in any discipline
Candidates with higher qualifications (undergraduate degree/postgraduate degree) will be looked upon preferably
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to be able to communicate with customers and company personnel
Have at least 4 years of work experience managing teams
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Email)
Good communications/interpersonal skills to develop good customer service and working relationships
Experience within retail/pawnbroking/banking/jewellery industries will be looked upon preferably
Knowledge or experience within the gold, diamond or jewellery industry will be highly preferable
Able to work for 5.5 days in a week
Able to work independently and highly self-motivated
Possess own car for transport
