Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance cum HR Manager role, located in Simpang Ampat. As a Finance cum HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finance and HR-related functions of the company. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing budgets, payroll, and invoicing, along with handling internal and external HR-related issues, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits. You will be an integral part of the management team and will work closely with other departments to align finance and HR goals with the company's overall strategic objectives.
