Job descriptions:

Support director directly including daily administration, research, setting up meetings, prepare reports and other documents required by Director for meeting.
Work closely with internal team and coordinate business activities to ensure smooth running of the business.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director.
To assist in applying government license and permit such as diesel license and export related license
Manage application and renewal of license and works permit.
Perform office administration duties such as answering phone calls, attending bank and other utilities matters as and when required.
To assist in billing including drafting and preparing Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, and filing.
Managing special assignments or AdHoc task by the Director from time to time.
Assist in Project Management

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Finance/Management or any other related field from a recognize higher learning institution
At least 2 years of working experience of similar role but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
Positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
