Job Description:

Ensuring compliance with local authorities, customers, company policies and regulations.
Collaborating with department managers to determine, plan and implement comprehensive EHS and security and strategies.
Controlling the EHS and security operation budget, monitoring expenses and documenting processes.
Supervising, recruiting and training EHS and security personnel.
Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
Developing work schedule, allocating tasks, monitoring personal performance.
Coordinating response to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling audit/incident reports.
Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Liaising with the clients and customers regularly.
Provide daily or weekly briefings to security personnel at the site.
Prepare EHS and Security Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Plan and Business Continuity Management Systems to Management.

Job Requirement:

Certified Health & Safety Officer.
High School Diploma or Professional Certificate related to Health & Safety/Security Studies.
7-8 years in experience related field.
In-Depth knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety, Security rules and regulations.
Knowledge of ISO14001, 45001 & 27001 etc.
