Due to rapidly expansion, an established and reputable company is seeking an experience HR Generalist to join their growing team.

Job Summary:
Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance. Be a point of contact for all HR related issue.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist role, with payroll processing experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in any Payroll system.
Willing to work in Balakong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
