Our client specialised mainly in internal cold and hot water system, sanitary plumbing system, external water reticulation and sewerage reticulation system is looking for a Senior Project Engineer based in Pontian, Johor.

Responsibilities:

Oversee entire project lifecycle based on the project requirement.
Coordinate with consultant and management team, relevant authorities, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with requirements.
Ensure overall project delivery meets client expectations.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and local authority requirements.
Manage project scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
To analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implication, emergencies, delay of work, foreign worker issue, and others.
Resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth operation and completion.
To ensure that all work carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, works instruction and others.
Coach and counsel the project site personnel to enhance the work performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in Project Manager role.
Computer literate in industry related software such as MS Project / Word / Excel & AutoCAD·
Possess a strong leadership skill, problem solving and communication skills.
Willing to work outstation within Malaysia depending on Project's need.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
