Qualifications & experience

Min Diploma & above
2 years working experience as store or retail manager or 5 years on sales experience.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Sufficient knowledge of modem management techniques and best practices .
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Result-driven and customer focused.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Tasks & responsibilities

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations. Customer service and sales driven.
Meet goals and result-orientated.
Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Monitor sales metrics (eg. Weekly sales results and annual forecasts).
Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs.
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Supervise sales representatives to ensure sales generate.
Report on the status of sales and transactions.
Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
