JOB DESCRIPTION:

Keeping a record of restocking the store accordingly. To ensure goods materials or part movements are properly recorded in incoming/outgoing logbook and in computer system (ERP).
Ensuring that the store is keep clean and organized.
To assist periodical stock count and physical monthly stock check.
Perform read and other relevant activity and assist in receiving part from all supplier.
Maintain stock levels by checking and record stock on hands.
To ensure all materials handling equipment are properly handled and maintained.
Issue purchase order to supplier and confirm quantity ordered, price are correct and delivery date to ensure production receive by on time.
Record and check all delivery part to customer properly and on time delivery.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, repsonding to emails and follow up on pending matters & business functions. Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must at least Diploma in warehouse or logistics.
Candidate with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is welcome to apply.
Good computer (Windows and MS Office) and english communication skills.
Organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
