Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as and when required in a timely way.
Supporting showroom sales team, providing labour arrangement to move the sold showroom display to warehouse for delivery arrangement.
Provide support to sales team, to assist sales team / customer when they need to view the products in the warehouse for product size / specification confirmation.
