LAI NGIT SEN is a company based in Kuching, Sarawak with 40 years of experience offering animal health products to feedmills, livestock farming and veterinary clinics. We are supplying vaccines, supplements, feed additives, specialised raw material, farm equipment and technical support to farmers in East Malaysia and Brunei. Qualifications & experience

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, and operations management in trading industry.
Strong knowledge in planning and order processing
Experience in leading and managing supply chain team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within teams.

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective of Inventory Management
Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Implement and maintain best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse processes for receiving, storing, picking, packing, delivery, and shipping of goods.
Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure forecasting, stock accuracy and minimize stockouts.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products are handled and stored appropriately.
Plan and oversee the transportation of goods, including route optimization, carrier selection, and scheduling.
Oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure proper handling of goods.
To meet local authorities compliances including Import/ Export permit application, keeping poison distribution record, etc.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and transportation operations, including efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery rates.
