Main Responsibilities
Finance
Full sets of accounting (AP/ AR/ GL)
Responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts receivables & payables functions and other related duties assigned.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, filing paperwork, and liaising with clients on payment matters.
Maintain general journal entries
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, bankers etc.
Perform any other accounting/finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
Administration (Ad-hoc)
Ensure and maintain proper documentation of all finance, accounting and administration activities.
Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with staff, suppliers and clients in terms of correspondence.
Written communication including but not limited to drafting of documents or letters as and when necessary.
Maintaining re-order level of office supplies, pantry, stationery, purchase of products and equipment, office maintenance etc.
To provide administrative support to Management and ensure smooth operations of the Company.
Requirements
At least 5 years of related working experience in an international accounting office.
Knowledge of local requirements.
Familiarity in EXACT & Cargowise One, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel or related ERP.
Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
