Responsible for Preparation of full set of account and financial analysis & controlling
Fixed assets and depreciation
Ensure that the periodic Company Financial Statement and annual budgets are prepared accurately and on time
Prepare and ensure the submission of tax estimates and revisions are submitted timely
EDF, SOSCO, PCB & HRDF monthly submission
Manage accounting, audit and tax related issues
Liaise with auditors, Tax Agent, Banker, Solicitor, Company Secretary & Government bodies in all statutory matters and speaking partner in case of internal audit
And ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Top Management
