Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can renew the contract subject to performance and business requirements, potential for renewal / extension)

To provide assistance to Facility and Security Associate (Maintenance)

Duties include:

To support and assist the facility and security associate on the documentations, audit and whenever required.
To organize team in all progress of complaints/repairs that have been raised and have not been resolved to the head of the building / management representative.
Conduct daily routine monitoring / Daily Routine Surveillance as soon as being at work. Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily results targets and maintain a clean and organized workspace alongside the cleaners and vendors at site.
Implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PPM) according to the frequency set by the standards.
Report all abnormalities of the main system functions to the F&S Assoc of the building / management representative.
Receive and act according to the instructions given by the head of the building / management representative.
To receive instructions for the work in accordance with the current conditions and needs from the clients.
Regularly inspect facility facilities to determine appropriate problems and maintenance. Always maintain safe work habits and comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations as well as operate equipment properly and safely.
Able to diagnose lightings, HVAC, air cond units, circuits power points 1 phase and 3 phase, plumbing and any other civil works.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the management such as Airbus pass issuance, stationary request, pantry items and other ad hoc matter.
Inform and submit tasks for pending complaints and current conditions of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Civil, Fire System & Air System and able to produce all the monthly reports.
Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance/repair/facilities within office/manufacturing environment.
Have good skills in maintenance job and repairing in aspect of building facilities with a good resolve on the ad-hoc situation.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Strong negotiation skills.
Good level of competence in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint or the Google suite equivalent.
