Requirement :

- Possess Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- At least one to three years of working experiences on site field

- Good command in English as to handle contract documentation

- To be excellent on Microsoft Office with minimum supervision , self motivation and willing to learn on new technical aspects.

Qualifications

Bachelor of engineering ( mechanical ) will added advantage, basic knowledge of AutoCAD drafting, Microsoft office

Responsibilities

-Responsible for the overall project operations by ensuring projects meets the deadline, compliance to the contract requirement, quality of works.

-Kept track the incoming and outgoing Mechanical , Architecture drawings.

-Developing and maintaining close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units.

-Review and identify discrepancies between M&E shop drawings and design drawings before sent out to consultant.

-Coordinate, monitor and review M&E subcontractor work progress at appointed project site.

-Prepare for necessary letters and documents for effective project implementation of the site works.

-Managing project activities with a view to provide an effective and efficient professional administration function

-To be able to commit date line on submission due date on progress claim date line , site meeting and related scope of works.
