We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team, primarily focusing on managing our shops across online platforms. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, addressing customer queries, managing purchases, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will also be tasked with managing walk-in customers to provide a comprehensive customer service experience.

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or relationship management role, preferably in an online retail environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams (English & Bahasa Malaysia Language);
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using online platforms and e-commerce tools.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Prior experience in managing online shops or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
