The primary role is to perform treatments according to St. Gregory standards, maintaining a professional and high quality level of service at all times whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guest’s expectations. They must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all treatments/packages offered to the guests as well as service procedures.
