Attend to Customs, Port Health, Pharmacy, Timber Board and any other related departments for clearing forms.
Submit and collect customs approval letters, applying customs/warehouse overtime.
Monitor containers movement and condition, (eg: to examine, to seal and release container)
Monitor local transportation (lorry).
Collect and deliver documents (eg: invoice, B/L, cheque, Certificate of Origin and etc.)
Attend to different customs stations if the need arise.
Any other relevant duties requested by Supervisor / Executive / Manager.
