Responsibilities

Organize the client's travel itinerary from beginning to end.
Communicate and maintain a healthy relationship with new and existing clients, representatives, and agents through email, telephone, online video call, or face-to-face.
Work with the Sales Team and Operations Team to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
To handle and respond to all customer complaints and report to Sales Manager/Supervisor.

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management or any related field.
At least 3 years experience in tourism agency or relevant field. Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holiday, group/individual, logistics and etc.)

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm.
