Tasks & Responsibilities:

Have relevant decoration experience in supervising structure, plastering, skim, bricklaying work. 有过监管结构，抹灰，腻子，砌砖工的相关装修经验。
Monitor the progress of construction projects & ensure compliance with construction drawings & specifications. 监督建设项目的进度，并确保符合施工图纸和规范。
To ensure all works carry out are according to drawings, specifications, construction plan procedures, work instructions and etc. 确保所有工作均按照图纸，规格，施工计划程序，作业指导书等进行。
To submit related field on daily activities to Main Contractor / Consultant. 呈报相关的每日活动给予顾问。
Attend site meeting with contractor and client. 与承包商和业主进行会议。
Monitor work progress to ensure project is completed timely. 监督工作流程为了确保项目在规定的时间内完成。
Monitoring worker attendance and educating site workers on daily site operations. 监督工人出勤情况并教育现场工人的日常现场操作。
Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents. 准备、协调和撰写现场报告、图纸和其他必要文件
Responsible for inspecting work done by subcontractors, defects and quality. 负责检查分包商所做的工作、缺陷和质量。
Minimise material and manpower wastage. 尽量减少材料和人力浪费。
Minimum supervision and independent for work done.要监督和独立把工作完成。
Handling site and do arrangement. 掌控好场地和安排行程。

Requirements:

Strong project management skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good problem-solving skills, as the candidate must tackle and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and with minimum of 3 years working experience in construction field.
Required language(s): Mandarin(MUST), Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to accept company assign of any work, or transfer him/her to any present or future construction project at other location.
Hold valid CIDB green card.
Able to work at Kulim/Kepala Batas Site(Kedah).
Able to start work immediately.
