Train kitchen staff on the menu and proper methods of food preparation and handling.
Manage and control inventory to minimize food wastage.
Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
Assist in overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members.
Promptly report any food quality or shortage problems to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/Outlet Manager.
Conduct regular inspections of the entire kitchen, dishwashing areas, and coolers. Promptly act to correct any deficiencies found during inspections and report issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/Outlet Manager.
Strictly adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
Ensure that all kitchen employees consistently adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Assistant Kitchen Manager/Outlet Manager as necessary and related to your job role.
