Job Scope Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Show the progress of month/quarterly sales performance of all sales accounts. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas for all divisions, Pastries, Processed, TOHO, Dried items. With the guidance of their supervisor.
Prepare reports on accounts debtors’ status. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. With the guidance of their supervisor.
