We are a leading supplier of fresh, high-quality vegetables distributors across Malaysia & Singapore. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vegetable processing and production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage.

What would you do?

Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards in all production activities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between production, procurement, sales, and other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Min. deplima in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Agriculture, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
