We're seeking a dynamic and talented Product R&D Assistant to join our passionate team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Research and Development team to bring new ideas to life and enhance our product portfolio.

Work location: Iskandar Puteri / Johor Bahru

What you will do?

Organize and maintain updated vendor information for efficient procurement processes.
Develop new standards for raw materials, particularly in packaging materials.
Stay informed about industry developments and marketing trends, providing recommendations and developing marketing strategies for management consideration.
Understand consumer and product business trends to effectively cater to customer needs.
Lead R&D projects, including formulation, ingredient analysis, sensory evaluation, and stability studies for new and existing products.
Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, brand awareness, and competition.
Manage current accounts while actively seeking to grow new accounts.
Prepare marketing reports and deliver presentations to colleagues in the R&D department.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Product Research & Development/ Marketing or other related fields

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
