Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
Provide accurate information about Hello Joy's products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Problem Resolution:

Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Hello Joy's product offerings.
Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions to better assist customers.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Share insights with the team to contribute to ongoing service enhancements.

Administrative Support:

Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service, such as data entry and maintaining customer records.
Collaborate with the team to continuously streamline and improve customer service processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
