Andy Chia graduated from the UK universities and spent 14 years working in the field of corporate strategic planning and financial analysis for the Malaysian port operator (Westport) and global banks (HSBC, UOB, OCBC) in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong from 2000 to 2013.

Andy subsequently joined the largest real estate agency in Malaysia (Oriental Realty) in 2013 as branch controller for Iskandar Puteri branch in Johor (Malaysia) to actively promote Iskandar Malaysia as the ideal destination for business and property investment in overseas in collaboration with the Malaysia government agencies and oversea partners.

With the aim of intensifying the effort in promoting Iskandar Malaysia to be the engine of economic growth for Southern Malaysia region and providing in-depth and transparent analysis and information about Iskandar Malaysia to the global markets, Andy set up A2A in 2017 and continue to collaborate with the Malaysia government agencies and oversea partners to promote Iskandar Malaysia in selected cities across Asia Pacific region.
