Job Description

To perform daily accounting operations, handling full set of accounts includes GL, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation.
To assist Senior Accounts Executive in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report.
Prepare payment voucher & online banking payment, liaise with supplier.
To checking the daily & monthly Sales tally with the Merchant Report and bank in amount.
Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales report, expenses report and monthly statements.
To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
Assist in inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count.
Liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experienced in handling full set accounting
Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
Experienced in using AutoCount accounting & Inventory system will be added advantage
Possess valid driving license
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Result-driven, independent, strong team player and proactive
Able to handle work pressure
Able to work on Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
