The company is based in Damansara Heights and has a network of Associates who deliver training courses across Malaysia and throughout the region. 

The company has a unique and innovative approach to British-certified leadership development, providing intensive training workshops combined with work-based skills practice where the LEDA Coaching App provides the platform to engage staff and enhance performance across the key metrics that matter to our clients.

Overview

This position involves coordinating a range of day-to-day administrative duties and acting as the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relations skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to ensure course bookings are completed with accuracy. 

Basic social media marketing duties are also required so a working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram would be very useful and familiarity with LinkedIn would be an additional benefit.

Please note that at present the role involves an aspect of WFM due to the current Movement Control restrictions. This is not an issue as much of the work can be conducted online or through voice and video calls.

There is the opportunity for promotion from the role within this company and the opportunity to travel throughout Malaysia and, once permissible again, across the region, as we run our leadership development program across Asia.
