Amcorp Properties Berhad (Amprop) is a renowned and esteemed company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 1972. As one of Malaysia's pioneers in venturing into London and Japan property investments, we have established a strong presence in both international markets while continuously contributing to the growth and development of the local property scene. Additionally, we take pride in our commitment to renewable energy projects, demonstrating our dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Our journey into the international property landscape began in 2009 when we made our debut in London with the acquisition of interests in two prestigious office buildings, 40/50 Eastbourne Terrace in Paddington. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio with prime properties including 99 Baker Street, Pavilion D of NEO Bankside, Burlington Gate in Mayfair, 4B Merchant Square in Paddington, Holland Park Villa in Campden Hill, and Sampson House & Ludgate House in Blackfriars – all strategically located in central London.

In 2015, we embarked on a new chapter by entering the Japanese real estate market with the development of our maiden projects, Forest Nanpeidai, and Court Annex Roppongi, both situated in Tokyo. These projects signify our dedication to creating exceptional spaces in vibrant cities across the globe.
