ATB Co-founder is Mr. Leong Kah Sing (LKS); the second generation construction specialist, with a determination to extend the legacy of quality construction practices, instilled by his father, Senior Leong. ATB is taking over the expertise and experienced workforce, as well as the business networks have been established by Senior Leong for more than 40 years. Our vision was to develop a general contracting company that stands behind every project and deliver what is promised.
ATB Paramount Construction Sdn. Bhd. is comprised of knowledgeable professionals with over forty years of experience in doing building masonry work. Our company focuses in new building construction, addition and uplifting/renovation for government, commercial and residential projects. Our jobsites range from small housing to large industrial masonry work.
