AZIZ, AZIZI & PARTNERS SDN BHD was established in 1992 to provide professional Quantity Surveying Services and Project Management for the construction industry in Malaysia.
Our practice philosophy ensures that Partners actually carry out a large portion of detailed work on each project allowing in intimate knowledge of day to day matters and ensuring the Client’s interest are maintained at all times.
We promote a style of Quantity Surveying that is regarded as progressive. Our guiding principle and basic philosophy towards the profession is to ensure we produce a worthwhile contribution as part of a Team of Consultants dedicated to the success of each project.
We clearly understand our position in the team and work closely with the Design Consultants and Client to help provide the most economical building form whilst appreciating constraints imposed by the Design requirements and aesthetics.
With our considerable Commercial experience we are able to quickly assess and appraise concepts to ensure the best possible solutions are pursued to maintain the overall feasibility of the scheme.
Our style of documentation has been developed to ensure information is presented in a detailed and concise form capable of being understood and discussed not only by Consultants but also Client’s Financiers, Builders, Real Estate representatives and the like.
We regard ourselves as lateral thinkers and do not restrict our outlook with tradition when it is necessary to take a logical and positive approach to our role as Consultants.
