History

Established in 1995, Azure Precision started from humble beginnings at rented premises with just 5 machines. With the unwavering support from our customers, we grew steadily into what we are today, a respectable entity with 70 spring, stamping and multislide machines housed in our own 28,800 square- foot compound. Azure Precision is currently equipped with 64 Coiling & Forming machines ( 95% of which are CNC operated, with the ability to handle both round and shaped wires, ranging from 0.1mm to 8.0mm ) and 6 stamping & multislide machines ( capacity of up to 110T ).

DESIGN CAPABILITY Armed with the latest in spring design software, we have the capability to provide design solutions for your most difficult parts. ISO CERTIFIED Our emphasis on achieving excellence guided us to achieve certification to ISO 9001:2000 in year 2002 and ISO *4001:1996 in year 2004 ( upgraded to ISO *4001:2004 in year 2005 ). The year 2007 will see Azure Precision certified to ISO / TS *6949. ASSEMBLY & PROCUREMENT CENTRE As part of our endeavour to bring more convenience and value to you, our valued customers, we also offer assembly services ( including a miniature assembly section, which requires highly precision soldering skills using microscopes and stringent Quality Control ), and link you to our affiliates in fasteners, machined parts, plastic injection moulding, wire harnesses and many other products.
