The i-DUS System which is solely opearted Deliberate Technologies Sdn Bhd (“DTSB”) is involved in the following:

ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

a) The Distribution of various digital merchandises such as mobile reloads, internet prepaid, VOIP reloads and IDD reloads shall be distributed via EFT POS Terminals which are situated at our network of retailers across the nation.

b) Distribution of digital merchandises via other mediums such as handheld devices and the Internet.

SETTLEMENTS & CLEARANCE

All terminals used by the i-DUS System are EMV compliant and can be easily integrated to the bank for credit card payments. This will enable:

a) Credit Card transactions by i-DUS retailers distributing our products

b) Standing instructions for payment by credit card for i-DUS retailers

c) Credit Card transactions end users making purchases at i-DUS retailers’ outlets

d) Settlements through Internet Banking

e) Other payment facilities offered by Banks

Other Alternative payment & settlement methods are

a) Store Value Cards (MEPSCash, MyKad, Touch N GO)

b) Cash Cards (MasterCash)

c) Debit Cards

d) Others
