We are looking to hire a business minded Marketing Manager who will be in charge of overseeing the promotion of our company's brands/services. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, forging partnerships with media vendors/associations, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising sales managers. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures to promote our company, as well as R&D appropriations. Finally, you will be in charge of planning our company's advertising campaigns within the budget.

To be a successful hire, you will need prior experience of executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share
Identifying new customers through the marketing effort done and garnered responses
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Creating promotions with advertising managers.
Building partnerships with fellow vendors/ media owners/associations that can enhance the company’s growth of business.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections for packages crafted
Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns for the company’s growth
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan.
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
Evaluating competitors.
Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
Knowledge in Google SEO, SEM, CPC, CPM, CPA model and bidding system and social media back-end management for Facebook & Linked in.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

3. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.

4. Experience of executing and planning a marketing campaign, strategy, and plan.

5. Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

6.Has a strong business mind/sense when it comes to growing the business through his/her strategic thinking of partnership, promotions and packages

7. Understanding of public relations skills

8. Advanced communication skills.

9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

9. Adaptable and open to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
